HOW DOES IT WORK?

Currently, Wicked White Whitening Gel’s active ingredient is 35 – 44% carbamide peroxide. As the peroxide is broken down by the patient’s saliva, water and gingival crevicular fluids, oxygen enters the enamel and dentin, bleaching coloured substances white, leaving the structure of the tooth unchanged. The product is designed to be used with any full-spectrum (white) or blue-coloured bleaching lamp. Certain wavelengths of light emitted from the lamp, aids in activating the peroxide and helps it penetrate the surface of the tooth. Wicked White contains a micro-encapsulated photo-initiator that acts as an interface between the light and the peroxide. The pH of wicked white is 7.0.

IS IT SAFE?

YES! Extensive research and clinical studies indicate that if teeth and gums are normal and healthy there are no adverse effects to cosmetic whitening of teeth under the supervision of a dental professional. In fact, many dentists consider whitening the safest cosmetic dental procedure available.

Wicked White ingredients are 100% pure with no fillers or additives. Only the finest ingredients are used (kosher USP glycerine, no animal by-products). Teeth whitening will not change or damage the structure of the teeth - it simply makes them whiter and brighter. Wicked White, as with any teeth whitening product, is not recommended for children under 16 years of age and pregnant or lactating women.

WHO CAN WHITEN THEIR TEETH?

ARE THERE ANY SIDE EFFECTS?

RARLEY! Sensitivity during the treatment may occur with some patients. On rare occasions, minor tingling sensations are experienced immediately after the procedure, but they always dissipate.

Wicked White does not dehydrate the teeth and works with oral fluids, thus minimizing sensitivity. Wicked White is a great product for those who regularly experience tooth sensitivity, as little or no sensitivity is generally reported and existing sensitivity has not been noted to increase.

HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?

By following some simple post-whitening care instructions, your teeth will always be lighter than they were before. To keep your teeth looking their best, we recommend flossing, brushing twice daily, and occasional in-office refresher sessions.

A single session is $150 tax included and our treatments are an hour and a half (longer than most teeth whitening sessions) We want to spend as much time with you ensuring you’re leaving totally satisfied with your results!
